How Do I Shop Weixuwang.eu?

It’s very easy to shop and browse Weixuwang.eu.

Scroll down the homepage to see all our bow ties at once or choose a specific bow tie serie. At the end of the homepage you may click to the next page to see more bow ties. If you’re looking for a certain bow tie color (gold, black, red), style (wood, velvet, dot) or a combination we advise you to use the search filter. Clicking the logo will always bring you back to the homepage.

When you have made your selection, check the availability and click on “Add to cart”. Once you are ready to complete your purchase, visit your shopping cart at the top right-hand corner of our screen and click on “Checkout” to be led through the checkout process.

After placing the order you will receive a confirmation by email. When you still haven’t received an email after 30 minutes, then please check your spam box.

Do I Need An Account To Place An Order?

It’s optional to create an account during the checkout process. The benefits of an account are Faster and Easier Checkouts. From your account dashboard you can view your recent orders, manage your shipping and billing addresses and edit your password and account details.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email to customerservice@weixuwang.eu as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been submitted, we cannot guarantee that the purchase can be cancelled or modified.

If you have received your order and need to return it please refer to the return instructions included with your shipment. Once we receive your returned item, we will process a refund or an exchange as requested.


Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes. We ship from our warehouse in the Netherlands (Holland) to almost every country in the world. During checkout you will listed all the countries we ship to, except China, Taiwan and Hong Kong. We use PostNL Worldwide and GLS Europe as our shipping carrier.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Orders (In Stock) received before 8.30 PM (CET) will dispatch on the same day from our warehouse in the Netherlands (Holland), and takes 1-2 business days to deliver in Europe. Outside Europe we recommend to follow your tracking number. All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding the weekends and holidays. Weixu Wang cannot be held responsible for unanticipated delivery delays beyond our control.

Can I Track My Order?

When shipping your order, we will send a confirmation email with your tracking number to confirm that your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. Your tracking status may take up to 12 hours to update after your order has been dispatched.

What Are The Shipping Costs?

We offer free shipping in Europe. Outside Europe your shipping cost regarding your country will be calculated during checkout it.

Is VAT, Freight costs And Custom Fees Included In The Price?

Prices on weixuwang.eu include local VAT in the Netherlands (Holland). Discount is not given on products where VAT is not applicable.

For non-EU customers additional VAT, use tax, customs charges, or other levies may be incurred by local authorities (such as local customs authority upon import). Any such additional charges must be borne by you (the recipient).

Weixu Wang Europe reserves the right to amend prices to reflect any changes in local VAT.

What currency will you withdraw the payment in?

Your payment will be billed in Euro (EUR). Your bank or credit card provider will automatically convert the charges should the local currency differ.

Why has my payment been declined?

Credit Card payments can be declined for a variety of reasons:

– Are the card details entered correctly?
– Is the CVC code correct?

 Can I Return a Product?

Yes of course. Send an email to return@weixuwang.eu including your order number. We confirm your return by email and guide you with the return instructions.

For online purchases, Weixu Wang Europe will refund the purchase price of merchandise returned in its original condition and only if accompanied by the official return form, original order confirmation, original Weixu Wang packaging and security return/exchange tag intact and attached to the item.

Merchandise including intact return/exchange tag must be returned within 14 days of the date of delivery.

Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted.

Weixu Wang Europe reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements at Weixu Wang’s sole discretion.
